Breastfeeding in Public

13-1402.B.:  “Indecent exposure does not include an act of breast-feeding by a mother.”

Jury Duty

Arizona law does not address the topic of breastfeeding mothers and their jury duty responsibilities. The Court will review and rule on all requests for an excuse on a case-by-case basis.
